What is ?
Spark is a fitness program offering simple, easy to implement nutritional concepts, conditioning pieces in a variety of time durations, and movement utilizing bodyweight and light resistance training to help build the foundations of fitness.
Our nutritional approaches give you direction without overwhelming you with dietary restrictions and limitations. We believe in small steps which lead to lasting change. We provide monthly recommendations with accountability and a flexible approach.
Conditioning typically comes in the form of rowing, biking, and running. We use a variety of time durations, intervals, and intensity levels to achieve results.
Movements include bodyweight and light resistance training utilizing dumbbells and bands. We believe in functional movements which translate to activities outside of the gym.
